Please be advised that starting September 28, 2026, all PSBDx web services will be temporarily taking an indefinite hiatus for extensive scheduled maintenance. During this period, our dedicated development team will be focusing entirely on our long-awaited dream initiative: Project Shunsei.

About Project Shunsei & Expected Scope

Bringing Project Shunsei to life has always been a major goal and vision for PSBDx. This transition marks a monumental step forward as we work on several groundbreaking upgrades, including:

Full E-Commerce Migration: Transitioning PSBDx to a robust, fully-featured e-commerce system.
PSBDx Forms Portal: Official release and implementation of our brand-new forms ecosystem.
PSRM Plugin Transformation: Expanding the PSBDx Smart Report Management (PSRM) plugin into a complete, powerful form builder and comprehensive support management plugin.
Community Features & Enhancements: Introducing custom community platforms and many more advanced integrations.

Estimated Maintenance Timeline

Because of the massive scale of Project Shunsei, we are currently unable to fix an exact reopening date:

Expected Timeline: We anticipate coming back online within up to 6 months.
Minimum Duration: While it may take less than 6 months, the maintenance will require at least 1 to 2 months to properly deploy and test all major components.

Operational & Service Status During Maintenance Channel / System Operational Status Notes PSBDx Web Portals & Sites Offline Temporarily suspended until maintenance concludes. Facebook Services Active Order placements and Ad Service Management will remain fully active on Facebook. Telegram Support Bot Active Available 24/7 as usual for continuous customer assistance. Memory Management System Delayed / Slow Minor speed reductions due to temporary global database & server shutdown.

Elevated Mail Server Rejection Rates and Delivery Degradation

We are currently investigating an unexpected issue affecting our primary mail server infrastructure. As a result, users may experience high rejection rates and failed attempts when sending emails.

Current Impact:

Email Rejections: A significant portion of outbound email requests are continuously being rejected by our mail server.
Intermittent Delivery: While some emails are still reaching their destination, drop rates are exceptionally high without a clear system pattern.

Next Steps:

Our engineering team is actively diagnosing the root cause to restore normal mail queue processing and eliminate rejection errors. We will provide our next update as soon as more information is available.
