Elevated Mail Server Rejection Rates and Delivery Degradation

We are currently investigating an unexpected issue affecting our primary mail server infrastructure. As a result, users may experience high rejection rates and failed attempts when sending emails.

Current Impact:

• Email Rejections: A significant portion of outbound email requests are continuously being rejected by our mail server.
• Intermittent Delivery: While some emails are still reaching their destination, drop rates are exceptionally high without a clear system pattern.

Next Steps:

Our engineering team is actively diagnosing the root cause to restore normal mail queue processing and eliminate rejection errors. We will provide our next update as soon as more information is available.
